Brad is a native of Lincoln County, the oldest son of the late Charles and Lee Gallant. He graduated from Central High School in 1968, then graduated from Martin Methodist College and John A. Gupton College in Nashville. He has previously served as president of the Fayetteville Kiwanis Club, Exalted Ruler of the Fayetteville Elks Lodge #1792, Master of Andrew Jackson Masonic Lodge #68, a Shriner and the Board of Directors for the Tennessee Funeral Directors Association. Brad is a licensed funeral director and embalmer for the states of Tennessee and Alabama. He is a licensed life insurance and burial insurance agent and is a National Funeral Directors Association Certified Preplanning Consultant. He is also a member of the National Funeral Directors Association. He is the proud father of three daughters: Brooke, Bethany and Blair and the grandfather of six grandchildren: Hutton, Lincoln, Leo, Baines, Olivia and Sloane. Brad makes his home in Fayetteville.

Brooke is originally from Lincoln County, the oldest daughter of Brad Gallant and Brenda Clifton Gallant, and the granddaughter of the late Charles and Lee Gallant. She graduated from Hazel Green High School and from Auburn University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Marketing. She worked for eight years as a graphic and publications designer before joining the staff in 2010. She graduated from John A. Gupton College in Nashville and she is a licensed funeral director and notary public. Brooke is a member of the Fayetteville Kiwanis Club. She is married to John Fanning and they have one daughter, Sloane. They make their home in Elora.

Michael Hall Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer | Licensed Insurance Agent

Michael is originally from Louisville, Kentucky. He graduated from Moore County High School in 1994. He moved to Fayetteville and began working at Gallant Funeral Home. In 2000, Michael graduated from Jefferson State Community College with a degree in Funeral Service Education. He graduated from Athens State University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion. He is a licensed life insurance and burial insurance agent. Michael is married to the former Kara Lyn Johnson and they have three children: Riley, Caroline and Luke. He is a member of West End Baptist Church where he also serves as a deacon and worship leader. Michael and his family live in Fayetteville.

Karen Cantrell Stephens Funeral Assistant | Receptionist

Karen is a native of Madison County, Alabama. She worked eleven years as a hair stylist before working in the Madison County School System as a school secretary from 1994 until her retirement in 2011. She enjoys being around people and serving families during their time of need. Karen is married Randy Stephens and together they have one son, Jonathan. They are members of Park City Baptist Church and make their home in Hazel Green.

Joe Gifford Funeral Assistant

Joe is a native of Lincoln County, Tennessee. He previously worked as a maintenance supervisor for the Madison County School System until retirement. He joined our staff in 2007 where he supervises the property and grounds maintenance. Joe takes much pride in the care and appearance of the funeral home, cemetery and equipment. He was married to the late Brenda Arnold. He has one granddaughter and three great-grandchildren. Joe attends Park City Baptist Church and makes his home in Flintville.

Justin Moorehead Funeral Assistant

Justin is a native of Flintville, Tennessee and a 2006 graduate of Lincoln County High School. He is an active member of Kelly’s Creek Baptist Church where he serves as a deacon and Sunday school teacher. He was a volunteer for the Blanche Fire and Rescue as a first responder and fire fighter. Justin is also on the Board of Directors for Clothe Our Kids for Ardmore/Giles County and was the treasurer for the Blanche Freedom Festival. He previously worked at Crawford Supply for ten years. Justin is married to the former Jenny McAlister and they have three children: Daylen, Jamie and Wiley. Justin and his family make their home in Taft.

Sherrie Noles Maddox Funeral Assistant

Sherrie is originally from Chicago, Illinois but has made Fayetteville her home since the age of 11. She graduated from Lincoln County High School in 1980 and later attended the Tennessee Vocational Center where she earned certification as a Registered Dental Assistant.  Sherrie worked as a Dental Assistant since 1990. She enjoys being around people and helping others. Sherrie is married to Bob Maddox and she lives in the Mimosa Community.

Bill is a native of Lincoln County, Tennessee. He graduated from Flintville High School and attended J.F. Drake State College in Huntsville, Alabama. He served in the public safety profession since 1980 and retired from the Lincoln County Sheriff's Department in 2020. Bill is married to the former Donna Weir and they have two daughters and four grandchildren. They are members of Shelbyville First Baptist Church and they reside in Lynchburg.

He previously worked with McCauley Funeral Home and now works part-time as a funeral assistant as well as an insurance agent for the Investor's Heritage Life Insurance Company. John is married to his wife, Sandra. They have one daughter and son-in-law, one grandchild and one great-grandchild. They are members of Fayetteville Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church and make their home in Fayetteville.

He received his undergraduate degree from Cumberland University in Lebanon, Tennessee, and graduate degrees in administration from Tennessee State University. He is a supervisor with Lincoln County Schools and previously served as principal of South Lincoln School, principal of Hazel Green High School, assistant principal of Meridianville Middle School and teacher at Lincoln County High School. He is married to the former Brooke Gallant and is the proud father of his daughter, Sloane Reagan. He enjoys working at the funeral home in his spare time.
